SPIP automatically adds navigation elements to each page.
            This are the areas with navigation elements:
        
        
            - 
                A navigation bar between the page title and the page body.
                It contains the following navigation elements:
                
                    - 
                        <<< - go to the previous page (only
                        displayed if there is a previous page).
                    
- 
                        < - go to the previous subpage (only
                        displayed if there is a previous subpage).
                    
- 
                        Contents - go to the contents page.
                    
- 
                        > - go to the next subpage (only
                        displayed if there is a next subpage).
                    
- 
                        >>> - go to the next page (only
                        displayed if there is a next page).
                    
 
- 
                A feet bar below the page body.
                It contains the following navigation elements:
                
                    - 
                        +++ - go to the last subpage of this page (if
                        there are more subpages after this subpage).
                    
- 
                        ^^ - go to the top of this subpage.
                    
 
- 
                A simple Continue at the end of the subpage body, if
